Objectives of the project

To create tools wich enable managers to regain autonomy by giving them the capacity to analyse objectively the context where they are, in order to be able to adapt their management strategy

• To create a simulator of the different typical situations found in a firm

• An analysis methodology of the different scenarios

• A teachers manual

• Diffusion
